Who we are

What data we process
When you request an appointment, the form opens WhatsApp with your message. Whatever you send us, such as your name, your wishes and your phone number, reaches us through WhatsApp. The form itself does not store anything on this website. If you upload an inspiration photo, we store that photo on our website so we can view it through a link.
Reviews
If you write a review, we store your first name, your rating and your text. We only publish your review after checking it. Want us to remove your review? Send us a WhatsApp message.
Why we do this
We only use your data to schedule your appointment, answer your questions and make your set. We never sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
Inspiration photos are automatically deleted from the website after 30 days. We keep WhatsApp messages no longer than needed for your appointment and any follow-up appointments.
Services of others
WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta). Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which may briefly log technical data such as your IP address to keep the website secure.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do count anonymously how many people visit the site and how often WhatsApp is tapped, without storing IP addresses or any other personal data. Only when you click 'Show map' yourself do we load a Google Maps map. Google may set cookies when it loads.
Your rights
You can always ask what data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just send us a WhatsApp message. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
